Can I record multiple times a day?

Yes. You can record entries as many times as you like?.

Can I share my diary card report?

Yes. You can share your diary card with your therapist / care team. It also integrates to a therapist portal.

Do you have practice ideas for each skill?

We currently have practice ideas for most skills. It gives ideas on how you can practice these skills.

What are moood correlations?

They are top 5 items in each category (skills, targets, activities) that correspond to a particular mood. It is what are the most common things you selected when you selected a particular mood.

Do you have a monthly subscription?

Yes. We have a monthly subscription, but we don't believe anyone can learn DBT in a month. We offer a discounted six month subscription as well as a monthly subscription depending on your choice. We have a 3-day trial period during which you can access all areas of the app for free.

How do I set reminders for different times on different days?

You can set multiple reminders. For eg. you can set a daily reminder say at 8 AM. But also set a weekly reminder repeating on specific days at another time.

Love it! This is my goto app for all things DBT and meditation and when I am in a crisis. One suggestion is if you can include urge surfing ability in the app. Then I wouldn’t use any other app for mental health

This app is simple and easy to record entries and journal. Also love the skill explanations and practice ideas. Love the reminders feature where I can create custom reminders for anything. The affirmations also get me going in the morning. Also the fact that I can do my diary card entries and learn skills using multiple devices and be all automatically synced to the same account is fabulous.

I just downloaded this app because I was recently diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. I like the detailed explanations of skills and practice ideas. Also how easy it is to do my diary card entries. My therapist also loves the format of the diary card report

Very intuitive. I love the way all the screens are laid out and how easily I can add and update my own skills, crisis items etc. One thing I would suggest is to add the fb and Google sign ups. It's a bit hard to signup with verification code etc..

Amazing! This app has been more useful to me than therapy has, it has so many great resources and the in crisis survival list, the checkin feature is very useful. ive just started using the diary option but ive found it incredibly useful. Also, the ability to track moods and activities are great. Love the meditations too.. Could give 10 stars :)

Beautiful app! would give a 10 if it was possible. Love it! Finally someone who knows DBT seems like has designed and built the app. I have everything about DBT on my phone. Enough of lugging around the 3 lb manual and forgetting it at work or home. Also just set up the Alexa skill. Wow! I am hooked...
